For the past two decades, I have been obsessed with how systems behave when things are not ideal. People under pressure, short on time, using tools that were never really designed for the way they actually work. That is the reality I design for.

I did not grow up wanting to be a designer; I grew up wanting to understand why some systems feel effortless, and others turn every task into a small battle. Design became the most direct way to fix that, not by polishing interfaces, but by reshaping the invisible logic that makes a product work or fail.

I have worked on fintech platforms, marketplace engines, operational tools, insurance workflows, CRM systems, and AI-assisted experiences across different industries: same pattern: many users, many markets, many exceptions, many business rules. 

I am usually brought in when the workflow has grown too fast, the tool has become a patchwork, and everyone has a slightly different mental model of what is happening. My job is to bring clarity, structure, and momentum back into that chaos.

Outside of client work, I co-host Zależy, co?, a podcast about design, AI, and product reality, and everything that happens between “we have an idea” and “we shipped it”.
