I'm Piotr — a Staff Product Designer with 20 years of experience making complex systems feel simple, scalable, and human. I specialize in products where the stakes are high and the logic is messy: fintech platforms, insurance workflows, marketplace engines, AI-powered operations, and enterprise tools serving millions of users across dozens of markets.

Right now I'm at Delivery Hero, designing AI agent systems — autonomous support bots, help centers, and governance frameworks — for a platform processing 11 million orders daily across 70+ markets.

Before that, I rebuilt Otodom's mobile experience for 6 million users, designed insurance flows that drove +273% conversions at Warta, and built a youth banking brand from scratch at Getin Bank.

I've also been building with AI since before it was fashionable. In 2017 I designed Winyfy, a conversational AI sommelier — six years before ChatGPT.

Today I build production software with AI agents: Trenlo, a full-stack CRM I designed and coded solo (React, Node, PostgreSQL, 700+ tests, CI/CD, GDPR).

I'm usually brought in when the product has outgrown its original design, the team needs clarity, and the system needs someone who can zoom from pixel to architecture.

I've led teams of 15+ designers, and I've shipped as a solo IC. I care about the right level of involvement, not the title.

Outside of work, I co-host Zależy, co? — a podcast about design, AI, and the gap between "we have an idea" and "we shipped it."
