I'm Piotr. Designer by title, builder by nature. For 20 years I've been making products where failure is expensive and clarity is everything: fintech platforms, insurance workflows, marketplace engines, and AI-powered operations serving millions of users across dozens of markets.

I'm usually brought in when a product has outgrown its original design, the team needs clarity, and someone has to connect design, product, and engineering instead of handing off screens.

Right now I'm at Delivery Hero, designing AI agent systems: autonomous support bots, help centers, and governance frameworks for a platform processing 12 million orders daily across 65+ markets. My KPI is recontact rate. The numbers I move are operational, not aesthetic.

Before that: I rebuilt the mobile experience of a market-leading real estate platform for 6 million users, designed insurance flows that drove +273% conversions at Warta, and built a youth banking brand from scratch at Getin Bank.

I've been building with AI since before it was fashionable.

In 2017 I designed Winyfy, a conversational AI sommelier, six years before ChatGPT. Today I ship production software with AI agents: Trenlo, a full-stack CRM I designed and coded solo. React, Node, PostgreSQL, 700+ tests, CI/CD, GDPR.

I've led teams of 15+ designers and I've shipped as a solo IC. I care about the right level of involvement, not the title.

Outside of work I co-host Zależy, co?, a podcast about design, AI, and the gap between "we have an idea" and "we shipped it".
