Challenge

Design a platform that offers a simple lead cycle

It should allow customers to be granted a loan in a manner of minutes. Just moments after entering the required information, the customer should see the final offer.

Discovery

We started the project with an extensive discovery phase

We decided to use mostly quantitative and qualitative research methods. We had to learn more about the customers, their habits, their needs, and their struggles.
