Design a useful and accessible website

It should be available to over 2.2 million clients. Create clean information architecture, use simple and understandable language to explain various aspects of the banking products.

Discovery

We started the project with an extensive discovery phase

We decided to use mostly quantitative and qualitative research methods. We had to learn more about the customers, their habits, their needs, and their struggles.
