Retail banking services are represented by the Getin Bank brand that caters to individual clients who expect reliable financial products and simplified procedures.
Getin Noble Bank is now VeloBank — a brand owned by VeloBank S.A., created by 8 of Poland's largest commercial banks and the Bank Guarantee Fund.

Challenge
Design a useful and accessible website.
It should be available to over 2.2 million clients. Create clean information architecture, use simple and understandable language to explain various aspects of the banking products.
Discovery
We started the project with an extensive discovery phase.
We decided to use mostly quantitative and qualitative research methods — Customer Interviews, Market Research Analysis, Customer Journey, User Testing, Google Analytics, and Hotjar data.
Furthermore, we had to learn more about the customers, their habits, their needs, and their struggles.
Responsive website
The mobile channel comes first, but there is a desktop tailored solution that fits all other devices. And it looks charming too.
Flexible and responsive lead cycle
You can jump to the lead cycle directly from the website. This is a sample loan application but you can also open an account, make a deposit, order a fancy debit card and much more.
